Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your LunaLeaf products. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

What can be returned

  • Items returned in their original packaging, including opened items, are eligible within the 30-day window.
  • Items must not be substantially used up. We reserve the right to decline a return where the product has been almost entirely consumed.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been damaged, contaminated, or repackaged.

How to start a return

Email lunaleaf.org@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us — unannounced returns can't always be matched to an order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only process a refund for items we actually receive. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further few days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we'll cover the return cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EU and UK customers

If you're in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. This right sits alongside the 30-day policy above, whichever is more favourable to you. To cancel, email us at the address above.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once an order has been passed to our fulfilment partner we may not be able to stop it — in that case, please use the return process above.
